This is now the 20th year of Albany Business Review Best Places to Work awards, and 106 companies submitted nominations to be included in this year’s program. Winners were selected based on data collected by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska.
Quantum surveys the employees of nominated companies. A significant number of employees need to complete the surveys — and rate their workplace highly — for companies to qualify for the award.
