Meet Ahmed

Ahmed Yasin joined Groff Networks at the start of 2020. As a Service Desk Technician, he provides technical support for incoming queries and tickets related to software, hardware, networking, and computer systems. Ahmed is an enlisted member of the NY Army National Guard and was previously active duty as an IT Specialist for 4 years. Ahmed is a veteran and certified by the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence as an IT Specialist, taking various CompTIA certification courses along the way. Ahmed is currently working towards a B.S. in Computer Science.

 In his spare time, Ahmed enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, exercising, and working on his car. Ahmed believes every day is a gift and an opportunity to learn and better yourself. Ahmed enjoys helping people achieve a gainful and productive day. Ahmed believes IT can drive and aid in that productivity.
