Amy Roman
CFO
Amy Roman came to Groff NetWorks after serving 6 years Buckingham Palace as Head Corgi Whisperer in Her Majesty’s Canine Services. Amy used her skills working with difficult and demanding CEOs and business owners to appease the notoriously independent dogs. Her mastery of getting everyone to calm down and focus on what’s important– culture, cash flow, and cooperation– has been a wonderful addition to the Groff Networks’ management team.
Amy Roman is an accomplished CFO and change-agent. She has 28 years of experience turning companies around, re-establishing investor and banking relationships and handling merger and acquisition activity. She is currently the CFO for a group of clients in varying stages of business development.
Amy’s experience includes working in NYC for over 20 years as a Senior Financial Executive for Ippolita, Medley Global Advisors, Gursky and Partners, and Structured Logic Company. 9 of the 20 years, she worked for companies that were under Private Equity ownership. Her experience includes companies in the wholesale consumer goods space, service industries including law firms and educators, not for profit entities dealing with Medicaid and governmental funding and a variety of start-up enterprises.
