Lidia joined the Groff NetWorks team as a intern in October of 2019. By May of 2020 Lidia became an official member of the Groff NetWorks Team after finishing her degree at the Russell Sage Colleges. She has a Bachelors of Science in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Lidia has gained knowledge about marketing through her experiences in internships and the workforce. Lidia assist’s Groff NetWorks with social media, blogs, newsletters, and networking events.

In her spare time, Lidia enjoys hiking and playing in adult volleyball leagues. Lidia believes that marketing is her calling and that she is able to show her artistic side through the digital world of marketing.
