This is a thank you note to our clients. When we look at our clients we don’t see just a client. We see Melissa, and Raj, and Shannon, and Noah, and Virginia, and Matt and hundreds of other users, friends, and partners that we want to see succeed. We feel privileged to be a part of their professional victories and wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for their trust and partnership.

This year our clients are rating us an 8.8 on a net-promoter score, one of the highest measurements for a technology firm, with national top-performer rankings in Helpfulness and Promptness, besting larger local firms and even (ahem) Amazon.

Over the years, our clients have given us the feedback we needed to improve service, responsiveness, and collaboration. They were a large part of our proactive focus to not just fix problems, but prevent them from happening in the first place. And we’re thankful our users tell us when we get it right, and when we miss the mark.
